Accessibility

Arce Heating & AC, LLC (doing business as RC Heating & AC) wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or captions.

Our standard

This website is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We check it with automated tools and by hand: keyboard-only use, color contrast, zoom to 200% and small screens, and a review of headings, labels and page landmarks that screen readers rely on.

What we’ve done

• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Full keyboard access with visible focus
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA
• Labeled form fields with clear error messages
• Pages that work when zoomed and on small screens

Known limitations

• Our Service Area and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map. We don’t control how that map works with assistive technology. Our full address is always written out on the page next to it.
• Financing applications open on GoodLeap’s website, and our Facebook and Instagram links open those services. We don’t control the accessibility of those third-party sites.
• A few social media graphics on our home page include text inside the image. The image description repeats the key message.
